How does it Work?

• Obtain your teaching qualifications: Certificate IV in Dance Teaching & Management 91288NSW and Certificate IV in Training & Assessment (TAA04).

• Become in training partnership with Australian Dance Vision (Accreditation Process)

• Have enthusiastic students wanting to study classical, jazz or tap for their high school studies (you will need to make sure this is financially viable for you to run 2 classes per week.

• Make sure your students have supportive parents

• Together with the student and parents approach the school Principal to organise VET in Schools through Australian Dance Vision (the RTO)

• Notify ADV head office

• Stay in contact with ADV, School Principal, Parents and Students

• Wait for an application to be made to the appropriate education board and wait for final confirmation

This is an opportunity for accredited teachers of dance to be involved in school education. As more and more students become interested in VET in Schools, an opportunity for business growth is generated.
